Valvoline MaxLife ATF in Quest: yes or no?

Is Valvoline MaxLife ATF Okay to be used in the Quest's transmission?

Yes it is. It's got the dexron III mercon stuff and has Nissan's "matic K" designation. Be sure to warm up the engine and transmission fluid when checking levels. Maybe take it around the block first if you're doing it in the morning.

Yep. I've used Maxlife ATF in later model Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota and Honda 4-5spd automatics with nothing but excellent results.

Thank you folks for quick help! I just replaced ATF in my Honda Pilot with Valvoline Maxlife, and going to do this in the Quest this weekend as well then.
The Honda's transmission runs very smooth after the drain and feel.

^^ That was my experience as well with our 2008 Honda Odyssey. Doing a few drain/fills with Maxlife ATF smoothed that 5spd automatic out considerably and it was perfect the 5yrs, 75K miles we owned that van.
