Bone stock KA24de, with about 15k on it.

It always made a slight noise when cold but has started to get worse and worse.Tonight I took the valve cover off, to inspect valve clearances, all of them were pretty close to spec, but some were real tight.

FSM states .012-.015 on intake side and .013-.016 on the exhaust.

The front exhaust cams were about .010, would this cause the noise in the video?

When it warms up, the noise goes almost completely away. The noise is only made when rpms are going down from a rev. And the timing guides guides are also removed.

Ouch, dead lifter. How cruddy is it inside the valve cover? What's your oil pressure?

Remove your oil pressure sending unit and install your gauge there.
