Ok well i kinda gotta problem and im asking for some help. My 89 ka24e has a problem, there is a tapping sound coming from my engine at first i thought it was there wasnt any oil and when i checked there wasnt so i added some and still it taps. I really wanna say its the valves but im not super sure can u adjust valves or is it hydraulic? has anyone had this problem or knws how i can fix it thank you all.

more than likley isnt the valves..the more common issue with those SOHC KA's is the lifters get noisy....
