dude you get what you pay for so when it comes to engine parts don't be cheap. Brian crower reall good products or jim wolf so work the weekends and over-time for a month and spend the the 155.00 on new upgraded valves are you a mechanic or a tuner? yeah yeah budget this start the with your groceryies and text messages and eating out pb&j man.in the mean time barrow someones car ride a bike to work bum a ride to work in a month you'll have BC valves. or for 555.00 you'll have the whole kit one day at a time one sweet upgrade a month.budget your life not your car.

lol dude you spent money on deployment or your girlfriend?that sucks! except what in the hell do you spend your money on over there it cant be on you. because you aint got nowhere to put stuff, even if you are a pog in a hooch. so if your in the millitary and livin in the B's every 1st and 15th of each month save half spend half on your car and eat every meal at the DFAC and going out thats easy- be the dd for all your buddies when they ask you to go out. they buy you stuff to eat let you drive thier car and you get all the bad *** memories. you must be a pv2 huh? dude prior planning prevents piss-poor performance. remeber that good luck dude and try to put down your 7-8 which i know you don't read. Read as many threads on this forum as possible and you will learn so much ****. Buy a few mags, surf the net to buy stuff, & if you get a sweet deal somewhere let me know please. don't forget the military discounts at all the autoparts stores!

Spin the crank by hand(27mm socket+ratchet) before you do anything. Do at least 4 full rotations without the spark plugs in. See if the crank will spin freely. If it doesnt, your cam timing is fvked, you need to fix it.

If it does spin freely, do a compression test. If your compression is bad, then you might need new valves. If its good, then that dudes full of ish.
