Hey LT_Z, i was just going to reply to your email you sent me, ive been very busy i apologize.

I can get you the solid lifter setup, thing is, im short on decent cores. Considering the conversion is on a core base anyway, you can send in the best set you can find to get converted. Lifter condition doesnt matter its the rocker bearing, should be nice and smooth. Many with high mileage or oiling problems will be galled particularly on the bottom. I do have ok sets, but they could be better.

Springs from anyone are custom combos, no full spring kit that i know of. Custom dual spring orders arent to terribly expensive, but using a spring from different engine can keep costs down. L series exhaust spring (available many places and many spring rates) are compatible with ka exhaust spring, although stock l series exhaust spring free height is lower than that of ka. As for the intakes, most likely there is a single spring from another engine that will work, dual spring probably not possible unless you go custom order. Stock inner spring could be used but not recommended.

Basically the same for the aftermarket valve setup, i dont think ferrea makes them for ka24e do they?. L series valves can be modified to work with the ka exhaust. A variety of aftermarket valves for l series is available. This has been done before with manley valves (handfull of gt cars). The intake valves would need to be a custom order, or used from other engine.

btw. this is all for ka24e

If you do some homework and get the work done yourself, you can pull it off cheap.
