im doing a mild build out my sr. and i want some step one cams..do i need to change my internals for that?

No you shouldn't have to chagne springs and retainers. Get some GReddy easy cams.

I would think that anything over 256 and you should get springs and reatainers. If your going 264 or higher then yeah i would get some springs and retainers.
