Valve timing question?

Hey guys I had to replace my head gasket on my 92' 240sx KA engine.I set the timing marks on the cam sprockets to manufacture's specs and when I crank the car over it's cranking over like there is no compresion. I got the specs from Nissans service manual. I was wondering if any of you guys would have pictures on the valve timing alignment. I know that JWT has pictures of it but it doesn't seem to jive when I try to align up the lobes like they have in there pictures.

i will say the jwt pics are right on the money. is she flooded by any chance? when at tdc the intake cam will have the dot at 10:30 and exhaust at 1:30
