Good morning, I didn't mark my valves, springs, or caps. If I lap and clean the valves, measure the cam clearance & redo the shims to spec, will I be alright? Think I need to do more? I have a 95 KA24DE. I also have new seats. I saved some shims that came out.

I think so. Inspect each and if okay, then treat them like new ones and install accordingly.

Not wise to do that at all unless the valves were ground too. If the valves weren't cut then each will have an imprint to match the seat one that was there and even grinding seat can still want that same valve to seal best. The shims being mixed up will be off a mile and probably every one.

Best procedure is to keep every single assembly together. I use freezer type baggies and mark every assembly as to position.
