valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets, plenum hoses

valve cover gasket leaking, replacing gaskets, intake gaskets (8) replacing,figured i would do all of the under plenum hoses. Infinity said the hoses under plenul = about $500.00 andi should pull plenum and only order what i need , as well they said i should not even bother under plenum if there is no problemwhatcha think doing valve cover and intake gaskets definitely. What else?
