Kudos to Jeff Williams and his write-up on replacing the valve cover gaskets on the Q45. It was a tremendous help during the 9 hour marathon project.

Also, used the 2-part Lexol leather cleaner/conditioner and what a difference it makes on the interior.

Now on to replacing the stock springs with the Espelir springs to go with the G35 wheel/tires that are now on the car.

Load index for the 400-500 lb lighter V35 much less than the minimum for the G50!

Anyone know how this process changes from the G50 to the Y33?

Not much. The nasty little bracket on the driver's side does not need to be removed, but patience and skill are required to place VC with gasket and RTV in place without buggering the half moons. Check before you torque the retainer nuts.
