valve cover gasket shopping, need help

im trying to buy the correct valve cover gasket for my s13 blacktop. now theres one site that has one that has places for the bolts to go, the other gasket does not.

which one is the correct one to get because i am sick and tired of waiting to drive my car, i havent had it since february because of repairs and have done nothing but shell money into it. i just recentyl bought an oem head gasket set for my car which included the valve cover gasket and a bunch of other ones, and they didnt fit. the head gasket also didnt work. so i really need this help guys, its been one mishap after another and im really sick of it.
