valve cover gasket maintenance question

hello!

oil is leaking from the front (when standinfg in front of car) of my 1995 240sx's engine in between the valve coverwhere there are two black rubber seals or something. now the question is, waht will i need to seal it back up besides a new valve cover gasket? what kind of silicone? and what are those two rubber thingys called?

Those two rubber "thingies" are called the valve cover gasket.

They are a part of the gasket. Go down to Nissan and get a new gasket. They are like 20 dollars.

thanks BuudWeizErr so would i need silicone to seal it?? and what is a good type/brand? i have never changed my valve cover gasket yet, any info is appreciated!
