Hey guys,. i was ust wondering,.. with all the depreciation of our beloved Q's,... is the value going to start to go up?,. because of the raise in popularity?,. and the fact that they knocked lexus of number 1 in the J.D. power thingy?cause,. come on,.. i think what is it,.. like $3600 or so,. for my 91 Q45 is a joke,..

I wrote about this alot before:

The value of a Q off the street is 3600...A NICO members Q is easily worth double, to anyone knowledgable about our cars.

I paid full retail NADA book from a private party and figure I got a bargain.

My last Q before this one, I paid over NADA retail, but with the typical NICO 90% shape compared to a street Q with the typical 50% shape, I was glad to pay it.

Your Q is worth what <you> would pay for exact same car, known to you, with exact same condtion on a dealers lot, if u needed one.

I have been offered 13k on my current Q ( books 7k) and 10 k on my last Q ( booked 4k).

Fred..:)

Yeah, it's true, our Q's aren't worth too much out in the general public. but then again, it's difficult to sell to the NICO community as well because everyone in NICO is here because they already own one.

My 95 Q has been on the market for about a month now and so far I've received an offer for $6000 and 2 replies from the internet scam thing. The car is on sale for $8500. Go figure.

Although the NADA and retail value of your Q may not be as high as you would think, only a Q owner would really appreciate its value. On the other hand, if you need to buy a used Q, you can get a great deal. Of all the flagship luxury cars, the Q is one of the best deal as long as you don't get raped by an Infiniti dealer. When the time comes, I'll be looking for another Q.

I brought my Q at the dealer and paid Edmund's trade in value. So, is that a good deal?

Mine's a 95, and probably one of the most pristine 95's (with normal miles) in America. While Q values are soft all the way around, the 95 is generally accepted to be the best of all worlds, whereas the 97-01 are less appreciated due to less power and (some say) blander styling. Color combo and option packages also help or hurt value, and the Ivory Pearl Quartz with beige leather is highly sought-after in AZ.

Both serious offers on mine came from people who knew Q45's and had seen way too many abused ones.

Nice clip! Glad that my young sons were out of the room with the staged costume "malfunction" occurred. Ahh, what the Jackson crew won't do for publicity.
