value of 1964 1200 datsun pickup?

hi i am interested in buying an old Datsun from a Lady to fix up i would come and haul it away and it is a 1964 1200 cc 60 hp truck, it is pretty rusted but not to bad and no windows and some body damage on the roof, hood and right front fender and just wondering how much is it worth?

 

this isn't the truck but very similar a little bit worst condition

It's tough to attempt to place a value on a vehicle without pictures of the actual vehicle and more than a generic description.  "pretty rusted but not to bad and no windows and some body damage on the roof, hood and right front fender" doesn't really tell much without a picture.  No windows is definately a problem because they're somewhat hard to find.  Posting a picture of another truck really gives me no clue either but it would have to be in a lot better shape than the one you posted for it to be anything more than a parts truck to me.
