Any suggestions on where to buy just the valet key for a 2010 Infiniti M35?

I'm not sure what you are asking.
The key fob IS the valet key. To valet the car, you lock the pass-thru door in the back seat and the glove box with the mechanical metal key, place the metal key in your pocket, and hand the empty key fob to the attendant. That ensures the attendant cannot do anything but lock / unlock the door and drive the car.
If you want to buy a new key fob, you have several choices:
You can have the dealer provide you with one and program it to your care (most expensive option I'm sure).
You can also take your current fob to a locksmith who specializes in programmable car keys, buy a fob from them and have them program it.
You can buy a key fob from places like Ebay, Amazon, etc and take that fob to a locksmith to get it programmed.
If you want to buy an extra mechanical metal key, they are also available at the dealer or online at Ebay, etc. But unless you already have a working mechanical key for a locksmith to use as a guide, you will likely need to have the dealer cut the key.
Hope this helps

I am sorry that I was unclear. It is the metal key that I need. If I have one can I take that to a regular locksmith and they can duplicate it? Or do I need to buy that from someone and then have the locksmith match it to my existing metal key? Thanks for the assistance

You should be able to buy the metal key on eBay, there is no chips or anything...then have a lock smith match it and done.

I just bought one on eBay for under $5 shipped. They're all over if you search.

My key to open the car did not function a couple of days ago, so I used the mechanical key and drove home. In the morning my fob opened the car but could not turn the engine on so I used the mechanical metal key and it turned the engine but it would not start. I suspected the battery which was less than two years old, so I have exchanged it for a new battery. And when it did not start the car I changed the battery in the key fob and again no result. So I called the road assistance and the guy tried to jump the battery but it did not start and he mentioned that there is no gas going in the engine as if the pump has been disabled due to programing issue; as if the car would have acted in case someone was trying to break
    into it.
I called the dealer who wanted me to have the car towed to their facility, obviously. And if they just program the key it will be $150 and if it needs a new key the cost is extra $650. So I tried to find other companies specialized in programming and one company said that I should replace the key and program it for $600.
Before I make any decisions I appreciate it if anyone has a better and cheaper solution. Luckily I am retired and I don't have to drive to work which makes it easier to wait a little bit.
    Thank you for any suggestions.

It does sound a lot like the immobiliser system.
Try a google search as there are several search items that refer to the system causing similar problems
In my car, I had a similar problem which cleared itself after about 30 minutes. I know that the problem can be caused by a few different things, eg, another electronic key being to close
