Seems pretty expensive.

Just go to the hardware store, see if they have the right size t-fitting.

for what it's worth that isn't a bad vac block.

McMaster has a much nicer one. You can chose how many ports you want on it.

Just buy two tee fittings from your local autoparts. Run your boost gauge off the fuel pressure line and your Bov off your brake booster vaccum. just make sure they are securely attached to the vaccum sources. No need to spend more than a couple bucks on running your vaccums. The wastegate should see boost only and your only source is your ic piping or the turbo compressor outlet housing. I have a Sr t25 that I taped an 1/8" threaded barb into my 3 bolt outlet for my wastegate source.

Not sure about the OP, but I won't have a lower intake manifold which means less sources to tap into for vacuum, though I might have to make an extra anyways. Short of running EVERYTHING off of the single vacuum I will have lol!

i get my wastegate signal from the intake manifold, but i get my boost gauge and bov signal from a vac bloack like the one this guy posted. i just got mine from jgs. if i had to do over again i'd buy this one because it already has the barbs. i had to buy mine after i got the block. silly me
