ok 2 questions, I have read the page explaining how all the vacuum lines go however i have 1 more than stated in the page. I have one for blow off valve, im getting a fitting welded on to my hotpipe today for boost controller, and then i have 2 vacuum lines for gauges, one for the Greddy profec b and 1 for the autometer. The question is where should i T off from for the auto meter? The line for the boost controller is T'd off the FPR . Should i use the wastegate line or BOV line, or can i just use the lower nipple on the throttle body.

Question 2. What size vacuum hoses am i SUPPOSED to use.

THanksSean

You may want to rethink your Vacum points.

Your Boost controller should be T'd into your hose running from your waste gate not your Fuel Pressure Regulator. Since your waste Gate determines the boost allowed.

Your Boost gauge should be plugged to a Nipple on the Intake manifold. There are 2 stock. One should be open. This will give you a boost reading after the intercooler pressure drops.

BOV can be plugged in on either your Hot or Cold Pipe but usually it would be on the pipe its mounted on.

Standard Vacum hose is all you need. Take some of the stock stuff and get that size.

Well right now the vacuum system really isnt run the right way, and i know that. Also, just the boost gauge from the profec b is T'd into the FPR. Then, on the other nipple from the TB is the Boost solenoid, BOV and another Boost Gauge line for the autometer, and wastegate. It's way to much, Iknow and thats why im getting a vacuum fitting welded onto my hot pipe. So basically my real problem is that i have 2 boost guages, where should i T the second one off of. Can i just use the unused nipple on the bottom of the Throttle Body.

Also, does anyone know where i can get an aluminum bung to have welded on?Thanks

If you look at the lines by the throttle body, the top two are actually behind the throttle plate and the bottom is before the plate. If you hook it up on the buttom one, your vaccum reading will not be accurate. Your gauges should come of one of the top two, it's the most accurate since it is closes to the intake manifold and that's the pressure you are actually feeding in to your monster. Your wastegate should be closest to the turbo, but you can use the buttom one and the wastegate doesn't actually open until round 10~12psi instead of around 7psi since the source is a few inches further from wastegate. BOV works on the vacuum.

Been searching and this was the closest I found.

OK, I bought a silicone hose kit from http://www.stylinmotors.com, problem is I was so excited when I got it that I didn't read the directions and just ripped my old lines out. The kits directions ofcourse say "do not do this". Instead I was supposed to replace one line at a time. I think I got em all back on. I was wondering if anyone had a diagram for the stock s14 so that I could double check to make sure. The car seems fine, actually better than fine. Meaning I have more vac pressure than before, I gained about 4 cm Hg. The hoses look good too.

Hey nilspils. Did you take any pics of your install? If so post em up.

Glad it worked out so well for you.
