What should i do with the vacuum hole next to the stock intake manifold when you put a front mount on it and could it have something to do with it not idleing until the engine warms up?

The huge hole? It's supposed to be connected to the intercooler piping. There should be a large nipple or just an open pipe coming off the cold pipe part of the intercooler piping, hook it to there. We might not be talking about the same thing though. Take a picture of the hole you're talking about.

Yeah thats what I figured. That pipe is what controls the idle. I'm not sure the technical term for it.

Here's a picture of it on mine.

That is the pipe for IDLE AIR CONTROL MOTOR. It regulates the idle when the TPS read 0.4v (i think thats closed voltage) meaning the throttle is fully closed.

Its on there now, I had just replaced the fuel rail not five minutes and couldn't find the clamp. I put that cheap clamp on there so I could drive down and get one.
