vacuum line on egr question

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

alright motor is 5 minutes away from being put back in car (KA24E) and im taking care of all my vacuum lines in the backside as there harder to get at once back in the car, but i found one that im not really sure if it goes there or not.... my FSM isnt very clear on this hose either

heres a pic of it, just say if i put it together right or say no please:



the valve my hands holding the bottom of it where the hose goes to the EGR, i think its right but again please tell me if its not.. im not sure

motors already back in car, but id still like to know if this is right.... im tempted to take my questions to the Automotive forums latly...

Bump for some needed info. I'd like to get my egr all sorted out too. its the only thing thats keeping my check engine light on.

well next weekend is when i shoot to fire it back up, ill know then, but someone round here has to know haha, oh well

don't expect to know right away. It won't register right away if it is wrong. plus you don't need it for the car to run perfectly. I really wanna know how to get the code off and the egr off at the same time. there is a way to do it I think. Using a resistor or something but i'm not sure.
