Vacuum Line Confusion

So I am almost done with my rebuild and everything is going great. Im using this diagram to help me re-run my vacuum lines from my wastegate and such. What im confused on is the vacuum line that is "to throttle body". Where exactly is that line going? thanks in advance.

There is a nipple coming off the throttle body, on the bottom side. It goes to the boost solenoids which are on a metal bracket located on either side of the motor, somewhat above the turbo area.
