Vacuum Leak

In the past couple of days I have noticed, what I think is, a vacuum leak. I already had one vacuum leak that would make my idle go up and then back down when I started the car. Now the idle rpm's have gone up and the car is running rough. Can someone tell me the best way to find the vacuum leaks?

In case this problem still plagues you.Start engine, let idle, spray down every hose one at a time , If the engine speeds up you have found the leak. if you have vacumn booster for the clutch just pinch off hose to check it also. GOOD LUCK.
