It's an 86 720 with the z24.
I have a few hoses that I can't trace, and I don't seem to have any luck using any vac diagrams either.
There are a million hoses everywhere!
My truck will start and run just fine, but every few seconds I can hear a miss. I'm hoping that by trying to track these hoses down and fix them right, it will help with that, as well as gas mileage. Along with a weber 32/36 DGEV. :naughty:

The first thing is a white piece coming out of the intake with what looks to be three ports for vac hoses. I'm having no luck trying to trace it with grainy vac diagrams that I find on the internet. I don't even know what it is for. Any help?

These next two are just two hoses that have been plugged with screws. They are right behind the white piece.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

That's your thermal vacuum valve.

Wow, thanks Rev! That is definitely going to be essential these coming weeks!

I guess I should have searched before asking. Sorry!

And thanks again Rev!

No need for apology. Welcome to NICO if I haven't said it before. You caused me to remember to make FastBoatman's thread a FAQ because it's so awesomely written. And I want your 720, what a great looking truck.
