Vacuum HELP!!!!

I drew this up pretty fast. This car was givin to me and I haven't touched a thing yet. I know this is wrong but I tried to follow the diagrams but they didnt make much sense. Many things on the diagram that are hooked up don't seem to exhist in the engine bay. Hopefully someone will be able to tell me what goes where so that the car will run better. The vacuum lines are just lines. On the inake manifold, there are 4 ports in the front, on the bottom. 2 are used but the other 2 have nothing hooked up to them. I tried to feel for any type of vacuum from them but I can't feel any pressure at all from either one. the boost gauge gets a little vacuum when its sitting there and i rev it, but like i said it only moves a little bit to the vacuum side. I am assuming that there are more vacuum lines but I am not familar with these engines or lines. I do have a boost controller but it is not hooked in. It is a manual one that has 2 ports and a srew on the top to add boost.[IMG][/IMG]
