vaccuum tube question

Is the vaccuum tube the thick round black wire coming out from the brake booster? Just wanted to know because I'll be doing the seafoam treatment. I've searched, but I just wanted to be on the safe side

It wont get any more clearer then that.Yes it is that black tube, just take off the clamp and pull it off.
