So I have a 95 240 with a redtop in it. I need to get my vaccuum lines fixed, but wanted to make sure I have it right.

Bov line goes directly to the intake manifold, right above the TB to the right, it's 1/4" line.

The recirc line on the bov goes inbetween the turbo and maf, but what size line is this?

wastegate line goes to intercooler piping, 1/4" line again i think.

and fuel pressure regulator line goes on the intake manifold, to the left above the TB, and that's 3/16" line for some reason.

And finally, the boost gauge goes inbetween the FPR and intak manifold, on the 3/16" line. But my autometer mechanical gauge came with tiny little 1/8" plastic tubing....how do I T that in to the 3/16" fpr line?

Are all of these routings correct? What about the hose sizing? I need to make sure before I go buy all my connections and hoses. Please correct me if I'm wrong, and pictures of peoples engine bay would be awesome. Thanks for the help guys!

All correct except the boost gauge is usually run off the same vac line as the FPR. The 3rd nipple on the TB is for the emissions canister, just cap it off. I don't know if it provides full manifold pressure appropriate for gauges.

Grab a handful of vac line couplings and adapters from the parts store, they have adapters for 1/4 to 1/8 lines.

Boost gauge plastic capillary line can slip thru the firewall with the throttle cable, slice the rubber and poke it thru._________________________________Jeff HHeavy Throttle Performance Inchttp://www.heavythrottle.com

Okay cool, I think I'm set then. I thought the fpr line was 3/16" line though, at least on my car it is? I'll have to by a different size T, since my gauge came with a 1/4" T, and also get an increasor for the Boost gauge line.

One more question though, where on the intake piping does the wastegate vaccuum hook up to? I've seen all sorts of things, from on the hotpipe, to the cold pipe. So, where's the best spot to hook the wastegate up? Thanks again!

Hotpipe is generally the best, shorter the better. But it is fine on the coldpipe and comes that way on many stock turbo cars.

Cool, guess that works perfect since the hotpipe I'm getting already has the nipple on there. Thanks for the help guys!
