vaccum lines question

ive been searching everyware, but i cant find a turorial/diagram were to connect the vaccum lines on the sr. does anyone know of one?

you searched for a typo it's vacuum. I had to double check that in MS Word, cause I always get it wrong too.

great diagram...very helpful. question, what are the parts that I have arrows pointing to. I donot have any line hooked up there. I'm assuming its emissions related. any info appreciated.

the part in the lower part of the diagram is the charcoal canister. evaporative emissions.

the part bolted to the motor is the AIV. it allows air to bypass the motor and help light of the cat in an idle situation.

and the part that is tied to the AIV valve looks like an adjuster of some kind, but not exactly certain. it does look like it's bolted to the same plate as the ignitor and boost control selenoid. I know I don't have it on my car, and haven't experienced any problems without it
