Vacation plans?

The Wife and I are getting ready to go down to Florida in April (Disney Parks, Orlando Studios and beach bumming) and looking for some tips on prepping the Coupe for the haul. I have a full size 17inch spare and jack and 13/16 socket and breaker bar and fresh oil change around 300ish miles on it, always run 93 in it and buying a new air filter for the injen intake the day before we leave out.

But this is more about appearance down there, I been thinking about painting my rims but cant decide on a color. Maybe a plastic dip Blaze color but my car is Dark Slate so not much looks good on it. Any suggestions?

And I need to repaint my grill but I bought the car with the grill already painted, so what kind of paint do ya'll use?

and last but not least I used some of the mothers back-to-black on my mirrors, and buff them out but now a week later both my mirrors have a wax haze on them and very hard to get off. How can I clean these and keep them clean?

And also busted my yellow fogs on 75 in Knoxville on one hell of a bad bump I couldn't avoid so order some new clean fogs and a set of 55 watt 5k hids from DDM tuning. And hoping they get here before we leave out.

And also seen a Altima Coupe around here the other day same front end as mine so 08 or 09. But His sunroof looked as if it tilted way higher than mine. and Looking at my sunroof's track it has another 1.5 inches it can move but it doesn't

I think I remember a guy From Chatt. (folks in our area or close to it tend to catch my attention) that posted here a few times that had an aftermarket sunroof that tilted out when open and opened more when tilted up (if that makes since); I don't know I might have dreamed it up, but it's been a while since they've been around. As for wheel color; I'm probably considered boring here because I don't like wheel colors that are not some shade of silver, but I say Hyper Black. That's what I wished I had went with when I had mine painted. Hyper Black is not black but more silver, and I'd say shade/color hyper black is between gunmetal and Hyper silver.

Ur car will look good with blaze orange or blaze green plasti dip! Ive seen both on the same color as your coupe!

Oh okay after I looked at his sunroof I never thought it would be aftermarket cause his car seemed to just had some rims and tint and debaged.

And plain and safe doesn't bother me. Hyper silver would probably look good and be easier to clean than the satin black they are now.

And on the plastic dip I think the green would be nice since that's the color my shocks are and contrast very well with the dark slate. But might try the orange also. My favorite thing about plasti dip... It peels off

Hyper black and hyper silver are different; hyper silver is a high gloss lighter silver, which is what I had my wheels painted. Hyper black think of it as a few shades lighter then gunmetal or graphite with about 10 coats of clear. I looked at the members locator map at the top and looked through the member from Chattanooga, but could not find the car I was think about. I must have dreamed it up; I confused, but when you brought it up I vaguely remembered something like that.

Ok; the crack pipe is not getting the best of me (just kidding of course), but the member I was thinking about is also from Chattanooga and his handle is ChattCompDoc. Doesn't sound like the same coupe you described, he too from the same town has this same sunroof, so I'm guessing they may use the same shop.

Yeah thats him, After looking at his pictures I see where I got lost, It looked like a marronish color when I saw it. and thought it had the same front end at mine, but there is a black coupe running around also, must have mixed them up
