so..big whoop!! The first fiero with a v8 was built in kcmo by a close friend of mine (john bagby) in 1985. I assume it's a big deal 'cause the vid'

nope... it is because it is NOT a Fiero. It is an MR2. Totally different chassis. What you said is like saying the a 240SX is the same as a Honda Civic.

NOPE...it would be like comparing a sentra to a civic. Both the mr2 and fiero are mid engine and after you figure out the trans axle problem, it should be a breaze.

i dont think anyone ever cared to try it before...even so, every time someone does it well, i think it's cool...even if it has been done before...i'll still compliment a clean Sr20 swap
