v8 motor mounts

hey guys i am looking for v8 motor mounts that i can use for my 1989 240 coupe. i am trying to find either pictures or mounts that i could buy for my 240 so that i could put a 350 SBC v8 in it. buy the looks of my mock up the oil pan is going to hit the k frame. any help would be greatly appriciated

Called...CUSTOM..Get your welder out or get some galv/ss washers and some high strength bolts. Going to have to make some brackets for my vg swap. If you got a torch/metal cuytter, a welder and a drill shoudl only be an 1hr job to make the motor mount up.

O yeah man a one hour job huh, thats cool, so a welder is going to move the fire wall back like 6 inches and the oil pan magicly fit thanks man. If anyone would like to really help me that would be cool, but the a$$holes really dont need to reply.

ouch spec-u-later that hurts........ but agian your post had no need to be posted either so thanks any way though.... o a little winney punk, sure man if it makes you sleep at night. o and the specs on the v8 are bored .60 over with high compression pistons, new rods, new crank, ported heads, edelbrock intake manifold, hugger headers, and some giggle gas because i think it would be fun.

haha. well i know i have seen v8 mounts already prefabbed for the 240. there are kits out there that are all done and ready to purchase. they include the crossmember and the mounts IIRC. google it.

Closefit, shoot me an email and I'll send you some info, pictures of an install and a link to the guy that sells the mounts, oil pan, and driveshaft.

I have emailed the guy that makes the swap kits for the chevy smallblock and will post up the info he sends.

He was selling:engine mountstranny mountsoil pansdriveshafts

JGS Tools, they use Energy Suspension bushings for the Mustang modified to work on the KA. http://www.jgstools.com
