I have no problem with muscle cars but what's the deal with the owners? They all think V8 is the king and anything less is garbage. Especially this kid at my college. He has a Z28 with only flowmaster(whoopiieee dooo) and he thinks he's the shiznit. He be calling someone SE-R with with SR20DET swap an econobox POS. Just freaking annoying how people are so closed minded sometime. I sometime wish I have a KA-T...sigh. I also don't get why most el camino, camero, come with only auto transmission. I haven't seen any 5speeds whatsoever. Any special reason?

Ya there are some people that are just automotive retarded and think that if they have more cylinders they are automatically faster. I used to have a friend like this with a beretta with a V6 and would always talk about how his car was the fastest of all of ours and blah blah blah. So I raced him one day and destroyed him in my stock focus. But yeah people like that are retards and its better to avoid them if possible, unless you have a faster car then run into them whenever you can.

whooo....My bad for referring to all V8 owner. I was just referring to some. This is the 4th guys I met. Hell, I wouldn't mind having a turbo mustang for drag racing but being poor forced you to pick a specific hobby, and I picked road course.

I know I love mustangs and would have one right now if I could afford it. There are retards in every group. Honda's have all there ricers, Nissans have S13guy, and the V8's have the overcompensating meat heads.

Alot of guys with turbos think they can take on the world too, but I had a class with a guy who owned a Nova with a 350ci and around 400hp. He thought the car was unbeatable and even ragged on the fast Supras around town. In the end, people make the car; the car does not make the person. My neighbor has a Silverado with a 383 stroker making around 500hp and he was happy for me when I got my '40 and even asked if I was going turbo with it.
