You got sleeve on coilovers.I suggest upgrading the struts to stiffer ones or adjustables. If not then it's coo to but the strut will just go out faster.
Alright most times the short sleeve goes in the back and long one in the front so right 2 front and left 2 rear. All you do is remove strut assembly and compress spring to remove. You need to rent a spring compressor and use a gun not a wrench it'll take forever.Once spring is compressed you unbolt strut top hats, etc etc and then remove spring.Get coilover and I'm guessing the silver rings slide first then the coilover sleeve over. Then once that's set drop the spring in.You can adjust height right now if you want after bolting top hats and stuff or adjust once on the car.
I just noticed something the big thick ring goes on first in the front and then the sleeve and in the rear you drop two silver rings which you should be able to adjust apart and drop sleeve. What I used on my previous car was rubber O rings to and it held the sleeve in place better. They have to be the size of the silver rings. Also didn't you get another lock tool cause you need to to unlock and lock them up.The red part is a like a bushing that goes ontop of the spring under top hats.Good luck hope I made sense.
By the way you should know your car will be very very bouncy because the spring is gonna have a lot of play since it's a sleeve on coilover that sits on oem/after market strut.Spring rate go from 300-500lbs unless you know the rate.If I made some confusion just email me I can explain better.
