V-Mount intercooler/ SMIT

I've been doing some research because im in the proccess of rounding up parts for my soon ka-t and the front mount intercooler is alright but im not tring to get noticed just want to keep my stock look, I did some research and couldnt really find any answer becasue I either want to do the v-mount or the side-mount but i got a couple questions, what kind of modifications would be needed for the v-mount? I've seen them on some s-15 but i could not really get a close detailed picture to see the setup,I know as far as modifying your radiator but im assuming there are a couple other things, and for the sidemount is it a direct bolt on with a t/25 bottom mount manifold or would I have to modify some of the pipeing to fit? appreciate you for looking..
