ok guys, i just bought a jdm s13 v-lsd, with axles. i have a few questions that i want to get cleared up before i do the install tmw. It is a bolt up affair right? take out old axles and diff. and put the other ones in, bolt it and go right?which axle is the longer axle? the driver side? also, can i just use the bolts from the stock open diff./axles to attach the supplied axles to the vlsd? which gear oil do i use? or what is the reccommended oil to use. i have the jdm s13 vlsd with five bolt axles, and i just want to make sure i can use the stock bolts to put them together, and i just want to make sure so everythign can go smoothly tmw when i put it in. TIA in advance guys!

total bolt in.if the bolts fit, use em.the axles should both be the same length.good gear oils are mobil 1(auto zone) or you could step up to some nice motul fluid.

ok, if i take a picture of the 4 axles i have (bought 2lsds, one for me and one for a friend) would you be able to tell which ones i need (2 of them are different sizes) and im not quite sure.... i told my friend that the axles are not all the same size, ( didnt notice when i was at the shop) the markings on them are 3 R32's and one s13. the s13 is a little bit shorter... the guy said it would work, i just want a second opinion.

bro, i cant tell you for sure. i just dont know. i know all the s13 axles are the same length but i dont know too much about the r32's. the tripod on the inner joint will allow quite a bit of in-and-out movement so it may work just fine.
