Refund for what? Under what conditions?I haven't had a problem with V-Leds, they sent out wrong bulbs to me, then sent out right ones and let me keep all of them. In addition 1 bulb didn't work and they send out replacement with no questions asked. The only thing i see could be annoying is them taking forever to reply and shipping to NY takes 2 weeks!!!

Overall i'm very happy with them and def would recoment them to others. Wait a bit, someone will get back to you. Their guy even called me after my GRRR!!!! email and "took me under his wing"

Thanks for the response. I ordered the wrong ones and ship them back right away. Its been about 2 weeks now and I still dont have any updates, in fact i even told them I dont need a refund just the correct items. I had one response asking for the tracking number but no updates since. When i emailed them a while ago asking for their phone number they said they dont give out phone numbers. What kinda company does that? I have never ran into a company that does not give out phone numbers for customer service, I still gave them a chance and.... whatever. I will post a responce if I ever recieve my refund but unfortunately I do not recommend buying from them at this time.

When I ordered mine one of them didn't work.. Shot them an Email and they called me the next day.. Shipped a new one out and I sent the broke one back.. no problems at all..

They seem pretty good although shipping took forever - 2 weeks to Canada but that's probably just USPS and Canada Post

I placed the wrong order, they corrected it but still shipped the original order I placed. They told me to keep all the lights, I ordered more and they gave me a good shipping discount for my 2nd order. Seems more than reasonable to me! Very happy with their lights so far.
