V' fuse question

Has all the previous year V's have the low profile(not 2 prongs)mini fuses? I am still trying to find a add-a-circuit, to fit these low profile mini fuses to neatly add a homelink mirror.Someone called "CLIPSED "posted a tutorial here in the info center on after market fog lights, with pics of the fuse box with one on it.is he still around?
