< http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Cefiro < read this...It's easier that me explaining...but as I said before (which I thought I was right) its based on the Maxima (after 1994 anyway) before than, it was its own beast...like a smaller, sedan skyline...had the RB and everything...however after 94 it had the same body styling as the Maxima over here (you can see this for your self by checking out the last picture on the 1st page). Hope this helped you

< thinks that asking why the cefiro isnt brought over...is like asking why they didnt bring over the skyline, stagea, and the silvia. A dumb move...but they at the time...the japanese didng think that americans wanted "fast cars" (read that in an article somewhere...I dont remember where though)
