I haven't found them anywhere else and there's only 3 left? Is it worth the risk?

I can't speak from experience; just hearsay, but apparently you dang near have to remove the engine to remove/install the back manifold. I say go for it and report back your findings.

If the complexity of the install is correct....you're going to pay a grip to have it installed----unless you can do the install yourself.
