was planning on getting a UTEC from a guy for a good price. He had it on his G35x and said he got close to 20whp with a good tune. Was wondering if its worth it and i'm boosting soon so should i even install it untill i go turbo?

bah, unless you're running high compression or forced induction you stock managment is fine, you might be able wo find a fe ponies here and there but not enought to justify it, forced induction, yes!

So not true. I have seen Utecs on NA Zs make over 20 whp. Considering a $1000 exhaust only makes 3-5 whp Utec is def worth it.

I'de love to see the dyno's for this, and keep in mind you can find a couple horses by adding a couple degrees of timing on the stock managment

Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself to those that do not know me. My name is Chris and I work at SRD in Tempe AZ.

I personnaly do not have the dyno sheets but my tuner here does as do the owners of the cars we have tuned.

As for the exhaust, it is not a major power adder no matter what you do because the OEM is fairly unrestrictive and the cost is due to materials and labor etc...

As for advancing the timing, This is not a small block Chevy we are just turning the ditributor on LOL
