I am replacing the cluch on my SR before instalation, is it ok to use the stock flywheel without resurfacing it? How hard is it to get off without air tools? The flywheel has some light rust on it but seems to be in great shape.

just resurface it, do you really want to take the transmission off again soon? Plus if you have a new clutch you may as well get everything done cause it will be better on your clutch and feel better as well

BTW: where did you get you manual seatbelts?

Yeah, resurface it. It cost me $35. I did use an impact wrench to get the bolts out. Much easier than trying to hold the crankshaft from turning.
