Using passenger power lock actuator on DS?

Hi folks, I'm getting ready to install an alarm/keyless entry into my S13 coupe(SE). I know that it has the 'power assisted' locks; meaning the passenger side will lock/unlock, but only with the mechanical motion of the driver side.

Anyways, my question is this: can I use the passenger-side power door lock actuator on the driver's side? I know some of them are able to be used on either Left or Right doors. Is this the case w/the 240?

If not, is there anything I need to know before buying a universal power door lock actuator? Stroke lenght, mounting recommendations, etc? They are pretty cheap on ebay, like $4.99, but I'd sooner have something that fits properly rather than rigging it to work. Any Nissan/240 specific actuators?
