If they got the pics off NICO, it is not only a violation of Jay's rights, but ours as well, as all photos posted here become the "property" of NICO and may not be used without OURS or the owners' permission. Your sponsors actually have some rights to those pics as well.

Looks like they got the pics from NICO. I've checked everywhere(myspace, cardomain) to see if I may have hosted them somewhere but NO>.

but I understand why you'd be upset... if I were you, I'd get a hold of them... maybe ask for 100$ worth of stuff for long term use... or even provide better, detailed pics for that amount.

I mean if you guys want to fight, they can just take it right off of their website, or they can always find another car to use...

why not get something out of it that's reasonable for the both of you?

If Bomex is affiliated with you in anyway, I'm sure they would be VERY upset if you tryed to hammer out a deal with a company making copies. Just tell importfan to take off the pictures, not worth trying to get anything out of them.

I find it interesting that TWO of our members have had the same problem with the same company.

I personaly would like to see NICO take a stand and let these people know that if this pattern continues our 29k members and the members of other community forums will be boycotting Import Fan.

yeah, bomex that is (and has always been) a real sweet ride. it's not cool that they are stealing your images, and you have rights to do something about it.
