kingblingy you rock. im looking forward to plug n play now
heres the story behind my choice to buy an ipod
-bluetooth audio is ok, but quality isnt perfect and you cant see song info on deck, just change forward track and reverse-i tried literally a dozen differnt usb. i even bought a 120GB external hard drive, no difference. I tinkered wiht and removed id3 tags, only helped with some songs. i literally have given up. i hear this is a common problem with the newer pioneers. I loved how i could go thru folders and such with the usb drives, exactly like ipod.
i ended up getting the ipod because its a easy way to transfer music over with proper tags, quick and easy connectivity to my system, itll look great when i have a custom, stealth location to dock it, and, i am very much into rollerblading adn do alot of things that can make me fall pretty easily, so a tiny ipod is alot easier to carry around. I bought bluetooth headphones to pair with my phone and that was useless as the constant up and down motion caused them to cut out every 5 seconds. I ALSO like how i can hear DJ Tiesto Podcasts. In all i decided to just give it a shot. im sick of usb and screwing with it and i dont want to get rid of this deck cuz i LOVE how it loooks, sounds, and how well it works for calls, so BAM ipod it is, i cant wait, and i might get a high capacity ipod in the fewer if the bug bites me. Im giving it a chance as USB has failed me too much already.
another thing sparking interest to me...satellite radio. AJRK wants to do it up in his q and weve been talking about it quite a bit and i might get into it,,,,then again...i dont like payin for music especially if i cant record and own it. ahhh dilemmas. damn ipod better work flawless with this deck.
