using a ka24e truck motor 4 parts

the engine on the hoist is a ka24e frm the 240sx on the right and the engine in the back is a ka24e from a truck (i think). im just wondering if i can use parts (pistons,head,etc...) and move it to the 240 motor. the 240 motor has 170,000miles on it and the truck motor only has 63,000miles.
