I mentioned this in the brake section but no one ever goes there... ANYWAYFor the rear, and this goes for ALL coupes 05-07 and 06 sedans, If you want to upgrade your pads with something thats OEM, buy Part number D4060-EG50CEven the fronts can be upgraded also to D1060-EG51A if you want. The stock part numbers are 44060-EG00J for rear and 41060-EG090 for front. The "D" series are a step up from the "4" pads. And ALWAYS make sure you have at least 1 shim between the pad backing and the caliper. the hardware is important. And now...Delicious Cookies.

Great info as I'm due for Brakes and tires within the next 2 months. I'll be going 275 in the back this time.

Or..if I can find equally good brakes for a lil less then what the dealer can get them for me...I may go that route. Still deciding. Hmmm...unless I somehow end up getting a great deal like...sayyyy... employee pricing or something *cough cough* Steve *ahem* Gabe...

Give me the phone number to your local Infiniti dealer. I'll talk to someone in their parts dept and see if he'll sell you brakes for cheap. Unless you know they are dbags..... I dont know. email me your address so i can see how much shipping is. I'll try to get them for you.

hey guys ive been researching before purchase of 05 g35. on another forumsite there are numerous owners that complain of early brake wear. approx change of pads at 20k miles. they donot mention if their 35 is an Xmodel. any thoughts?

The 03-04 Gs wore through brakes fairly quickly. The 05 depending on production date received longer lasting brakes. But as Poyzinous has eludes to here those brakes can be updated with longer lasting components if desired. Good Luck with your hunt.

Now I need to satiate my sweettooth, luckily I have a stash of Girlscout cookie still.

That's all Gabe, I would be asking him anyway. I don't know shipping. Gabe let me know if you send out a box to Sean I want to add a few things to the box.
