Well I am slightly wooried because both the Impeller and compressor blades have One of blades covered with a creamy colored bondo like substance.

Also hear a slight Scrapping sound coming form the exhuast side (I think)when I spin the wheels.

Also When I rotate the exhaust hosing reative to the compressor It would seem to get stick at a point then break free, till a small shard of metal fell from where they rotate, now I seem rotates with same resistantce 360 degrees.

It is a used SC60 with 3k miles I would apreicate any comments.

Ill try to post some pics. There are also a few other possible cavets I am noticing.

i had a dsm turbo do that(scrape the turbine/exhaust wheel) any resistance of movement in the turbo is certain death in no time...these things spin soooo fast that it will either wear away the turbine wheel or blow the bearings, which is probably the case already.

it is always worth the money to get a new turbo and match it to your specific application rather than get a used one, even if it is a good price. youll probably end up spending more money making it work than you would on a new one in the long run...

just my two or so cents

Doesn't sound too good... I would rebuild the turbo, or sell it and get a new one.
