used rsr and kyb agx good?

I have a '92 s13 and am looking at a used set up or rsr racing springs and kyb agx shocks all with 800 miles on em for $550 obo. i plan to use my car mostly for street with occasional track use in a few years. i know some ppl have suggested this set up b4 and want to know if it is a fair price (I have looked up the price of the items when they are new but dont know how much value they retain) Thank you for your help.
