Used M37 issues to look for?

Howdy,
Probably looking to purchase a used M37 (probably Sport) in the next few months.

Just checking to see if there any known issues to look for.

Any advice welcome.

Motor should be good to go. I have not heard of any real issues with these.

I bought my used 2011 M37s almost a year ago, only issue I had was the transmission shifting. Dealer did the software update and big difference. Love the car and the way it drives. I got mine used but if I could I would definitely buy the same car again
