used injectors/T3

Hey guys. Long time. I have a dilemma and I need an opinion quick. I'm not in NYC anymore but in Atlanta. Which is good because T3 is here or at least I thought. I need 6 injectors! 1,2,5,6,7,8. They suggested used ones because they are only 40-50$ apiece. I brought my car in and now they say they have the wrong ones. If any of you have acces or the resources where I can find them let me know. Preferably not from the north or California, as it is that gas from NYC that ate up my seals prematurely. T3 claims they rarely change injectors on southern cars because the methanol content is alot lower ( as has been discussed before). 94 q45.

Hey Wes! Long time. You look like Neo in the Avatar! T3 jerked me around as if they had used ones and they did not. The 93 injectors do not work. How many do you have? I need six.

Ask them if they still have my old 94 engine lying around.It should still have injectors in them.

Hey Palmer. The store in Smyrna (I'm assuming that is who you went to) claims they do not have one. The 94's they did have in both locations seem to not bear injectors. Very frustrating. I just wish they would have taken the time to check first before leaving my car their for almost two days and still have a very rough running Q.

Don't get too down on T3... I'm sure that any mistake they made was unintentional - you're at the Infiniti mecca! You might check http://www.car-part.com to find used injectors.

I know 90. I just was a little anxious to get the job done and then to be told it was a mistake was a big dissapointment. I appreciate the link. If worse comes to worse and elwesso doesnt have them, I guess I will paying 140 apiece from Joe.

Freds Engine Sent to scrapman long ago [general clean up]. Wish you had spoke with me earlier as T3 never has used parts for 94-96Q [no junker cars]. All that's there now is a 90-93 engine rehabed and ready to install. Really nothing else as I cleaned all my junk out [old fuel rails, JDM exhaust manifolds, etc] and they threw it away.

Georgia switches to Ethanol Jan 1, should be lots of older Q failing soon, ------we are looking forward to nightmare. EPA plan to get all pre 94-96 car off road. Atlanta's smog.

I wouldn't trust used injectors anyway if exposed to Ethanol in past or future.

Temporary Service writer at T3 while Doug had an operation all last week.Hopefully things will get back to normal. As I am busy on a new 90 hour per week NON CAR project driving 700 miles per week.
