Used g35 winter tires for an m45s

I'm brand new to m45s ownership, but I know that I will need winter tires. Here's what I saw listed on Craigslist and wondered if these would work even though they're staggered (I think yes, since I don't have AWD). But I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated. :)

Wheels are 17 X 8 and Tires are Bridgestone Blizzak WS-70. 225/55R17 (front) & 225/50R17(rear)
