I need a complete used engine for a G35 coupe. I would appreciate help and guidance from all.

If you search a site for used / salvage yards in US/Canada, you will find what you need.

I see your in Ghana and that your post is 9 weeks old.
I hope you didnt give up on the car yet.
If you cant soruce a motor in-country the closest locations would be Europe or South africa.I would expect shipping form there ot be a lot less.Even though I am sure the parts sources listed above would be happy to ship to your country ( after being assured of payment).
If you like I am sure one of us can call a yard to talk to them for you to find out more about their motor.Keep in mind to amke your search easier: 350Z (or in some countries Z350) engines are the exact same engines as in G35's
You only need to take care that you have the right year and transmission option As a rule 2003/2004 G's and 2003/2004 Z's all have the the same motors, and all automatic 05's Z's and all G35's auto or manual have that style Vq35de also.
if your car falls anywhere in this group you have a wider selection to look for.
There is also something called a revup motor which <some> manual 05 Z's had..( but G's stuck with the old style for a year longer)
As a rule you can ususally use an auto transmission and manual engine interchangably Except for those model years where the manual got a different versioj ( form 06 on).
Also do you need the complete engine assembly?Or do you ahve broken internals but the rest of it is fine?This would enmable you to only get whats called a shortblock.which would save a lot on shipping.
